What is Crystal Healing?

Crystal healing is a holistic, natural therapy that works with the subtle energies of your body. The crystals will be placed on you or held above you as the energy is intentionally directed to specific areas in your energy field. Crystal healing helps to support the client physically, mentally, and emotionally, for their best and highest good. When our vibrations or energy moves from higher to lower, or when we become out of balance, we may begin to see a physical manifestation of that in our lives. I like to look at it as a form of energetic hygiene. One can clear blocks, remove stagnant energy, add higher vibration, or ground the energy, all while relaxing, energizing, and gently supporting healing of the mind body and spirit, in a noninvasive and therapeutic way.
